Read the Alaska Fly-Fishing Expedition Case on pp. 233–234 of your Larson & Gray textbook. Develop a list at least 5 different potential risks associated with this project. Construct a Risk Assessment form (Figure 7.6) to analyze identified risks. Then construct a Risk Response Matrix (Figure 7.8) to list each risk event and outline how you would deal with each. Be sure to include both matrices in your discussion. See the Discussion Instructions document in the Assignment Instructions folder for all requirements needed to meet grading rubric specifications.
