You will write about a client of choice this time around and telling us all about them. This includes age, weight, height, ethnicity, experience, motivation, fears, dreads, complaints, inspiration. I mean you need to tell us all about your fictional client including and, most importantly, their goals. These are the goals that you two have developed and agreed upon together in your client/trainer relationship. Then you need to design a fitness and wellness program for them to be conducted entirely in the great outdoors! This should be a 3-week program because as many believe, it takes 21 days to make something a “habit”. They are training with you 3 hours a week. Now, be real with what THEY can do with their skill level and what YOU can do or lead with your skill base. This programming does not have to be extravagant – it can be done close to home or even at home in the yard! Keep in mind what your goals are…and work to meet those goals with your client. And finally, state how your client will benefit from this training program. How will they have met their goals? How will you have changed their perspective on being outdoors? How will you express to them the “benes” of outdoor activities on their fitness and wellness? WHO – your client, the WHAT – the goals, and the WHEN and WHERE – your training plan for outdoor activities, and HOW – the benefits of the program! You are expected to have researched and learned from at least two additional sources. Cite those references both within your program and at the conclusion in the Bibliography.
