Develop an initial draft of Section D of your final Policy Brief paper. You will receive feedback from your instructor. This, in combination with feedback you received from peers on your related discussion post for last week, will assist you in further developing your draft as you prepare to consolidate the sections of the paper that you have drafted into the final Policy Brief that is due in Week 8.
Discuss the historical, social, cultural, economic, organizational, environmental, and/or global influences that have affected / would affect enactment and implementation of this policy. The elements to be included in this discussion should be selected to best align with the history of policy making around the particular social problem you selected. Not all of the elements listed are required. For the final paper, you will be requested to select AT LEAST THREE elements to reflect upon in your discussion. When discussing these elements, answer the following questions:
