Early Childhood Students-Assignment 3: Providing for Member’s Self-Fulfillment: A Way of Thinking. Refer to Chapter 11, Table 11.1 and pages 179-182 of our textbook, Organizational Learning by V. Collinson and T. Fedoruk Cook. (150 points). Write a two-three-page summary addressing the following areas.  Choose up to three from Table 11.1 and reflect upon the importance of leadership actions you may take that will help those you supervise feel fulfilled and engaged in the workplace. Discuss the importance of the statement and how you can lead with this in mind.  Use 12 pt. font, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, and include a title and reference page but do not count those pages in your total.  Include at least one quote from our textbook authors in your work and be sure to use APA style for this citation.

Moving from a traditional way of thinking to a thinking on the part of leadership that addresses the well-being of others within the organization. These statements can be found in Table 11.1 and are shared here:
