To inform parents, you are required by your administrator to create a one-page newsletter including a description of the disability (see weeks on disabilities below), stages of adjustment (Week#6). one modification and one accommodation the school is planning to provide based on the disability you choose, and a small statement about how student culture and second language status will be integrated (just if you will work with an ESL or culturally different student).
