Think of a leadership role you have experienced, whether or not it is work related. When reflecting on your leadership style, how do you inspire others?

How do you create clear strategies and goals for a shared vision? How do you develop a culture of excellence?

What does the term “lifelong learning” mean to you?

How does lifelong learning help a person cope with a changing job market?

Specifically, what can you do on a regular basis to keep your skills sharp and knowledge current, and to ensure that you are continuing to develop more effective leadership skills?
