In approximately 1.5 pages write up your findings and reflections on the interview. Approximately 1/3 of the write up should be summary– who (age, background, etc.) you asked and where you asked them. Approximately, 2/3 of the write-up should be a reflection on the information you learned. Focus the reflection on ideas that challenged your previous thinking, related to ideas from the textbook/class discussions, gave you new perspectives on particular topics.

Your write-up needs to be written in complete sentences/paragraphs. However, you do not need an introduction to your write-up. You may just start with the summary.
