Identify an information system that you have seen or used that includes a database. Using your knowledge of databases you have to identify what data is stored in the database and retrieved from it by the software or web application.
Your deliverable for this lab assignment is the following: A two-page (max.) paper that
1. Describes the information system you have identified.
2. Describes why the system needs a database to store and retrieve data
3. Provides database tables (including fields) for a relational data model that the system should have so that it works properly.
Information about databases and the relational model are provided in Chapter 5 – Data and Knowledge Management in the book.
