In this assignment, you will select a leader who has been known to have had a transformational leadership style and write a four-to-six-page biographical analysis of this leader.

Determine which leader you plan to write about and research their background and history, leadership impact, and how they may have matured over the years.

Leader: Walt Disney, Innovator

In your paper,

Provide relevant historical background, including important experiences and influences in their life.
Discuss three important actions this leader took that began to influence transformational change in their field and in the world.
Describe the influence this leader had on employees or others by providing examples of the following:
- This leader’s style of interaction with employees or others in their sphere, and
- How individuals respond to this leader
Evaluate the overall impact this leader had on the world, including how they changed the way things were done in business or society and their lasting influence on the world today.
Evaluate how analyzing this leader has deepened your understanding of your own leadership style and of the transformational leadership style.

The Analyzing a Transformational Leader paper
