Topic: the effect of immigrants on the united states
I. Introduction:
A. Hook: There are alot of affect that immigrants could do in the country where they live.
B. Background information: Immigration can be a both a boon and a bane; immigration could be a huge inquiry at these days around the world. There are two tame about this idea, some people say the immigrants can support the countries economy and others thinks that their disadvantages are more than their advantages for the country.
C. Thesis statement: Immigrants could support the American employers in many ways such as American employers and the immigrants could share their experiences while they are working together, create new business, and develop the economy in the country.
II. Reasons that support the thesis statement:
A. Share both experiences:
1. Immigrants could have some strategies that could help other employers in their jobs./ for example, the Asian people are known as the best employers who are good in their time management. They can help other employers in their time management.
2. American employers are good in the making the right option./ for example, American employers can help the immigrants about taking the right option in their life.
B. Create new business:
1. Immigrants could be challenged more with offshored employers than the American employers./ for example they Japanese employers can help the country in making new business, for they are the best people in the business.
2. Immigrants could help the country in their business by the marketing./ for example, there are some immigrants that have the strategies in marketing same as the Asian.
C. Develop the economy in the country:
1. Immigrants can develop the economy in the country by their experiences./ for example, there are a lot of engineers around the world and they can help the country in their economics.
2. Immigration can affect social, politics and economy./ for example, there are alot of immigrants who affects the United state nation.
III. Counter argument and responses:
1. For the other people who think that immigration is a good idea for the country because of the job convenience, I think that there are a lot of companies who want American employers and there are few companies who are not doing that.
2. There are a lot of jobs which only the American who can work there same as the government and it will pay more for the cents more than the immigrants if they let the work there.
3. There are some big companies who have immigrants employers in their companies such as Google, and Apple.
