Imagine you are a physician at a large hospital. On a daily basis, you have inputs of people who do not feel well. As such, your transformation process involves using your knowledge, medicines and equipment to treat the condition that is afflicting them and your output is (hopefully) patients who return to good health. Use this scenario to help inform your perspective, particularly as it relates to how your actions might fit into the overall transformation process. There is a figure in 13.2 that illustrates transformation processes.  In one or two paragraphs, explain how what you do (or intend to do) at work can be described in that way.
