As a team, try to come to a consensus/recommendation on the issue (good idea, bad idea, best way to accomplish this etc.) OR identify where this issue may go in the future (and why). In addition, make sure that you include ACTUAL examples of organizations/industries and highlight the COMPENSATION implications (as they relate to your topic).

Find RECENT articles or reports (published within the last 3-7 months) to gather information from and to build your argument. Use legitimate news/business news resources (e.g., Reuters, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Forbes, CNN) or academic journals/papers (e.g. Harvard Business Review, Journal of Human Resources, Labor Economics) as sources. You can also use SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) resources.

After you write your paragraphs, type a presentation outline of your summary of the pros for a 2 slide powerpoint presentation .You don’t have to put it in a powerpoint, just type the info and I will translate it to the powerpoint.

The first part is just an overview of the assignment. The assignment part is my part of the group project ( the pros). You only need one or two sources. ( credible sources).
