A team focused on recruiting volunteers to assist at a local food shelf.

A committee tasked with researching a new electronic system that tracks detailed data on clients’ preferences of services.

In your paper, address the following questions:

Will you use an application process or simply appoint members?

What criteria will be used to select committee or team members?

Is diversity of organizational positions and skill sets required or desired? Give the rationale for requiring or desiring diversity for the committee or team members.

Are selection criteria based on length of service, job performance, or other factors?

Who will be responsible for setting overall goals and timelines once the committee is formed?

The paper must support the claims with at least three appropriate references and be formatted according to APA requirements.
