The exclusionary rule has a history dating back to the early 1900’s.  Explain the early development of this rule and how it applies today.  Use the analysis from Weeks v. United States, 232 U.S. 383 (1914) and Wolf v. Colorado, 338 U.S. 25 (1949).  What were the outcomes of these early cases and what affect do they have on today’s criminal procedures?

How would you explain the right of privacy to someone from another country?  Please be mindful that someone from another country will not be able to understand out legal principles or terminology :-).
