Discussion Post: Employee Satisfaction

Employees in Turul Winery made numerous suggestions to improve their satisfaction with the company. In this Discussion, you will reflect on a time in your professional life when you experienced a negative emotion that affected you even after you went home. What was the basis for that negative emotion? How did that affect your satisfaction with your job? List at least two policies or procedures your company could have adopted to provide an environment that may have helped to avoid your angst?

Research at least one scholarly source on employee satisfaction. How much emphasis do employees place on different benefits of the job (pay, benefits, culture, flexibility, or any other factor)? What are your priorities? How important was the negative emotion described above in your own job satisfaction?
