Discussion board: Business Environment
During this course you have learned that the business environment is in a state of constant change and new circumstances will require new strategies and new approaches to implementing those strategies. Apply what you have learned as you discuss the following questions.
- What will the key developments be in the global environment of business during the next five years?
- Based on these key developments, what will be the greatest challenges that firms in KSA will face?
- What strategies will firms need to adopt in order to prosper in the environment you foresee? Are there companies today whose strategies, structures, and approaches to management you think will provide leading examples for other companies in the future?
- What are the implications for these developments for firms’ organizational structures, organizational culture, management systems, and leadership styles in KSA?
You are required to reply to at least two peer responses to this week’s discussion question and/or your instructor’s response to your posting. Your replies need to be substantial and constructive in nature. They should add to and evaluate/analyze the content of the post answer. Normal course dialogue doesn’t fulfill these two peer replies but is expected throughout the course. Answering all course questions is also required.
