 Type your name and section number for HRT 3150 at the top of the page. (For example, Margie Jones, HRT 3150-01)

Select a wine region or appellation that you would like to travel to, provide an overview of that region/appellation, choose two (2) wineries that you will visit, and select one (1) wine from each winery.

The region/appellation can be located in either an Old World or New World country.

I would prefer that you consider two wineries/wines that are varied in style/varietal and/or winemaking techniques.

Type up your answers like the “sample” below for your selected region/appellation.   

Grading will break down as follows: selected region and its overview (5 points), first winery and wine (5 points), second winery and wine (5 points)
