Analysis of Data and Turnaround Plan for a School

You will be provided with a real world data set for a school. You will analyze the data and determine strengths and weaknesses for that school. Then you develop a turnaround plan to address the weaknesses of that school so that meaningful improvement can occur. The format of the plan is up to you but it needs to address significant goals, objectives, and activities that would lead to significant improvement for the school. Objectives should be specific and measurable and activities should be specific and detailed so that the reader can see a well thought out plan of action.
