Also when lower class people came in they would ask for absent notes to there jobs, so they wouldn’t be affected in their work showing oral health can affect welfare status depending on your income. Explain how this affects their daily lives and family. One of my experience consisted of speaking with hispanic patients and ask them questions about how they manage to deal with work and fixing oral issues for their health. A lady told me it was difficult. She works 6 days a week for family, coming from ecuador for a better life for her family, but yet she has a hard time paying for a simple dental office for her family.
