● You are allowed to cover a private company, however, it will be more difficult to find some required information. If you are an entrepreneur, you may be interested in focusing on your own company. Contact me if you are not sure.
Submit paper in MS Word format. Pdf or .pages format is not accepted.
● If you do not submit in the correct format, you will be asked to resubmit and your submission will be considered late.
● If you do not have MS Word, you can use Google Docs, then go to File-> Download -> Microsoft Word.
Name your document using your last and first name e.g., “Doe John.docx”
Number and title all figures and tables.
● Refer to them in your report. Introduce them in order. Do not talk about Table 5 before Table 1. Examples:
o As we can see in Table 1, Microsoft has 5 business segments.
o Amazon North America has several revenue models (Table 1).
Formatting: One-inch margins, single-spaced, 12-point font size with page numbering.
Cite as you write.
● Cite your references in the text using APA style, right after the section or sentence where you use content from that source.
● The APA style for in-text citations in (Author, Date).
● Remember to cite sources for direct quotations, paraphrased materials, and sources of facts (such as financial data).
● Include all references in the bibliography at the end of the paper.
Length: Maximum 1.5 page
● Figures, Tables, Reference List do NOT count towards the page limit
● Page limit includes Title, Headings, and Essay-style text
