During the explore phase of your career readiness plan, you get to research the potential companies that you hope to work for one day. It is important to do this, because although a company may look good on paper, it may not always be the right fit for you.(The job I will seek in the future is Remote Medical Coding) You can share your work history as long as the remote coding company is the one you have for your future career. Take a moment to examine the site (Glassdoor) Type in a few companies that you have worked for, currently work for, or hope to work for one day, and read some of the reviews.
