You have been contracted by Affordable Quality Construction as a business analyst to make a recommendation for the implementation of SalesForce®, a popular Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) currently on the market. You will recommend how this software will not only meet and satisfy the company’s business needs and requirements, but increase sales and profits.

For the duration of this project, you will create a Business Requirements Document with details such as project scope, discussion on critical objects, business use cases, business rules, class diagrams and test cases.

You will also create a PowerPoint® presentation to deliver your recommendations to executive management and major stakeholders at a corporate meeting.

During the course of this class, you will be responsible to follow the database software development lifecycle using current industry best-practices and standards to simulate this process.
