  • Among the types of ADR (e.g., arbitration, mediation, etc.) discussed within the textbook, choose any two (2) types of ADR that pique your interest. Next, compare and contrast the main similarities and differences of the ADRs that you have chosen, and provide at least one (1) situation in which parties may choose these ADRs in question.
  • Discuss the concept of personal jurisdiction, and describe the primary manner in which it differs from long arm jurisdiction.
